The responsibilities of this Customer Advisor (M/F/X) role are: Providing quality support by phone and/or email to members and non-members; Advising clients on which services best match their identified needs; Answering questions about pricing and providing basic information on all products, solutions, services and training offerings; Performing basic operations across the various platforms and solutions (CRM, portals, etc.); Drawing up quotes, orders and invoices when required; Managing and maintaining the customer database within the CRM system; Configuring thecorrect settings to ensure each company has the appropriate access rights; Identifying andflagging customer needs, with internal follow-up to serve the client appropriately; Identifying prospects who are not yet customers; Sharing acquired knowledge with colleagues and proactively reporting to the team lead; Contributing toquality, efficiency and customer satisfaction by putting forward improvement proposals. The required qualifications for this Customer Advisor (M/F/X) role are: Preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in a Customer Support role; Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch, French and English; Strong customer-facing skills: patient, attentive listener with clear and professional communication; Accurate in providing information: carefully assessing customer needs and asking the right questions; A true problem-solver with the ability to set priorities where needed.
